Payment
- Currency accepted is USD and paid through PayPal or Venmo only!
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% before and 50% after sketch approval.
- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
- All prices are base prices! depending on the complexity, it may go higher!
- Prices are NOT negotiable! only thing allowed is lessening/improving complexity to remove/add more to the final price before the final sketch.
Process and Delivery
- I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.
- Up to two sketches will be provided for alterations. Additional alterations may require extra charges.
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 2 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and on seasons.
- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image.
Terms of Service
By placing an order with Keo Commissions, owned and operated by Keo Kamaka, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Commission Acceptance and Termination:
Keo Commissions reserves the right to decline or terminate any commission at its discretion.2. Alterations:
Up to two sketches will be provided for alterations. Additional alterations may require extra charges.3. Design Usage:
Stolen designs will not be created. Fanart is permissible unless explicitly stated otherwise.4. Artistic References:
You acknowledge that the artist may use references and poses in the creation of commissioned artwork. If you disagree with this approach, refrain from making a purchase.5. Character Design Commissions:
Commissions requiring character design must include image references from sources such as Google, Pinterest, Picrew, etc., to ensure clarity and efficiency in the creative process.6. Usage Restrictions:
Commissioned works are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes, except for PNGtuber models, AI and NFTs use are prohibited for all commissioned art work.7. PNGtuber Models:
PNGtuber models may be used for commercial purposes, such as streaming and videos. Proper credit to Keo Kamaka is required. Rental, resale, redistribution, or multiple sales of PNGtuber models are strictly prohibited.8. Artist's Signature:
The artist's signature will be discreetly placed on commissioned works, with exceptions for PNGtubers.9. Social Media Sharing:
Keo Commissions reserves the right to share commissioned works on their social media platforms.10. Client Responsibility:
Clients are allowed to upload commissioned artworks to their chosen websites and social channels.11. Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds are not available once the artist begins working on the commission.
- A full refund will be issued if the artist is unable to start the commission.
- Cancellation prior to the start of work will result in a full refund.12. IP and Ownership:
Keo Commissions will not claim intellectual property (IP) rights of commissioned artwork. The artist will not profit further from the artwork unless the client breaches the terms outlined in this agreement.13. Violation and Blacklisting:
Breach of any terms or agreements will result in blacklisting from future commissions unless otherwise discussed and approved by Keo Kamaka.By confirming your order, you (the customer/commissioner) hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth by Keo Commissions.
